We were polite with a buyer from the first message. The buyer requested a partial refund or he will put negative feedback. We offered him a full refund if he would send us the unit back or take 20$ partial refund. He stopped responding and did a bad review. This is manipulating me to pay it or a get bad review. He does not respond to my messages.

    Good printer

    Small little screen is the pain in the you know what feature. Otherwise, it's a great printer. Don't know why it keeps asking me what kind of paper I have installed before printing. Another,not so desirable feature because it does this on that tiny screen that I need a magnifying glass for.

    Good printer, but not for double sided print.You
